Kolí Terms of Use
These terms explain what Kolí is, what it is not, and how the subscription works. They are written to be read, not to hide anything.
1What Kolí is
Kolí is an app for reading Tehillim (Psalms) that helps you find a reading based on what you are living. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it.
2What Kolí is not
Kolí does not predict outcomes and does not present the Psalms as a formula. Readings may accompany, but they do not replace medical care, professional support, safety, rabbinic guidance, or concrete action when those are needed.
If you are in a situation of risk or of health, seek professional or emergency help. Kolí accompanies; it does not substitute for that help.
3The sacred text is never charged for
All 150 Tehillim are readable in full, free, and without an account. The Plus subscription organizes and accompanies the reading; it never locks a single word of the text.
4Plus subscription
Billing, renewal and cancellation of Plus are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you purchased, under their terms. You may cancel at any time from your account settings in that store. We do not see or store your payment details.
5Guidance, not psak
Reading suggestions come from an editorial matrix reviewed by people and are offered as orientation. They do not constitute a halachic ruling. For that, consult your rabbi or your community.
6Fair use
Please do not copy, redistribute or commercialize the app's own content, or attempt to alter how it works. The biblical text belongs to the tradition; Kolí's editorial work, translations and design belong to Onward SpA.
7Availability and changes
Kolí is provided as is. We may update it, change features, or release new versions. If these terms change materially, we will note it on this page with its date.
