Kavana Terms of Use
By using Kavana you accept these terms. Kavana is the mussar app from the house of My Jewish Day: the work of character in a daily five-minute practice.
1Subscription
Kavana may offer a free portion and Premium features. If you subscribe, billing is processed by Apple or Google; the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, from your account settings in the store. The price and terms are shown in the app before you buy.
2House content
The mussar texts, sources, and editorial content of Kavana belong to the house of My Jewish Day, with attribution. You may use them for your personal practice; not for commercial redistribution.
3Spiritual practice, not therapy
Kavana is a spiritual mussar practice, inspired by the Jewish tradition. It is not therapy, nor medical, psychological, or mental-health advice, and it does not replace care from a professional. If you are going through a hard time, seek help from a qualified person.
4The teachings guide
Kavana's content is guidance made with care; for halachic decisions, consult your rav and your community's sources.
5Acceptable use
You agree to use the app in good faith and not to attempt to breach its security or use it in a way that harms the app or other people.
6No warranties · limitation of liability
Kavana is offered "as is", with the greatest care but without guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, Onward SpA shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the app.
7Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile.
