Kimá Terms of Use

Last updated: July 10, 2026 · Onward SpA (My Jewish Day)

By using Kimá you accept these terms. It is the Jewish clock from the house of My Jewish Day: the Jewish day —zmanim, the moon of the month, the Hebrew date, and the direction to the Kotel— on your wrist.

1A free app

Kimá is free. If premium features are added in the future, billing would be processed by Apple or Google and clearly disclosed.

2House content

The texts, prayers, and editorial content of Kimá belong to the house of My Jewish Day. You may use them for your personal practice; not for commercial redistribution.

3Times guide, they don't rule

The zmanim and other calculations of Kimá are guidance made with the greatest care, not a halachic ruling (psak). For halachic decisions, consult your rav and your community's sources.

4Acceptable use

You agree to use the app in good faith and not to attempt to breach its security or use it in a way that harms the app or other people.

5No warranties · limitation of liability

Kimá is offered "as is", with the greatest care but without guarantees of absolute accuracy of times or calculations. To the extent permitted by law, Onward SpA shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the app.

6Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile.
