About Kabbalah and the 72 cards
What are the 72 Kabbalah cards?
The 72 cards represent the 72 sacred names (Shem HaMeforash) derived from verses 19-21 of Exodus chapter 14. Each one has three Hebrew letters and a specific meditation. They are used in the Kabbalistic tradition to focus intention.
Is this real Kabbalah or pop esotericism?
It's source Kabbalah — the 72 names of the Shem HaMeforash, as they appear in Sefer HaShem and in the teachings of the Arizal. No new-age syncretism. Text, meditation, and silence.
Does the app have all 72?
The free plan gives you 1 rotating card of the day with its meditation. The Premium plan unlocks all 72 cards, search, and the option to pick your card when you need it.
Do I need to be religious to use Kabbalah?
No. The 72 cards are an open daily spiritual practice. They don't require observance or prior study level. Just the desire to pause a minute and connect.
How do you use a card?
You read the name in Hebrew. You reflect on its meaning. You bring the card's meditation to something concrete in your day. It's a brief pause, not a long ritual.
